Engine 1131, ladder 1141, assistant Chief 1140, captain 1150, all responded to the scene. Upon arrival, crews were presented with a Wire fire east of Rt 17 by southbound entrance, wire fire to west of Rt 17 at Algonquin Tr , wires surrounding units in all directions on Rt 17 making it impassable, 3 utility poles down, 1 Lamp post down, and an overturned vehicle. Crews worked in conjunction with the Police, NJDOT, utility companies, Mutual Aid Fire Companies, and tow truck company to secure the highway, direct traffic, and make necessary emergency repairs.
